The Beatles’ ‘Yellow Submarine’ Film Restored for Home Release
It took four months to digitally restore the Beatles‘ ‘Yellow Submarine’, but that’s only one-sixth the time it took to create it. The animated feature film will be re-released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 28. Each frame was attended to individually, instead of by using the more common automated software process.
