Chicago Man Andre Curry Tapes Mouth, Hands & Feet Of Daughter Then Posts Pic To Facebook

Here's a story about a real piece of work. Apparently, Andre Curry was punishing the child as the photo was commented 'This is what happens when my baby hits me back'.

Chicago Police are investigating the incident which seems to show a child taped around her mouth, wrists and feet.

Andre Curry, a 21 year old Chicago man recently posted this photo with the caption above. Hours after the photo was posted, more posts began to show up. One stated "U goin to jail" while a second friend wrote "really Dre?"

A Chicago resident that knows Curry stated that she believes that he was just "Playing Around" and that "I wouldn't say it is child abuse." She stated that "He would never to anything to harm anyone" and that he was "Just being playful with his child" and "people play with their child differently."

Is this "Being Playful" or Child Abuse?
