A new survey by the Columbia Aging Center reveals that 30% of people want to live until they are at least 80 years old. Read on for other interesting findings.  - 25% of people prefer to live into their nineties.

- 45% of people hope to live to be 100 or older.

- the average life expectancy is 78.7 years old

So how can you live longer?  The magazine "Prevention" lists supplements that supposedly work to help you live longer.

Polypodium Leucotomos Extract.  This protects against sun-damage, discoloration, and sagging skin.

Vitamin C.  This helps with wrinkles and dullness. It helps de-stress cells in you body and help them grown normally.

Vitamin E.  Helps prevent environmental skin damage and dullness.  Vitamin E has anti-oxident and anti-inflammatory properties. That helps in skin cell regeneration.

Glucosamine.  Helps with fine lines and wrinkles.  A study published in the Journal of Dermatologic Treatment showed a 34% reduction in visible wrinkles and fine lines in participants who ingested it.
