New York Woman Suing For $900 Trillion Because Children Placed In Foster Care
A New York woman has filed a federal lawsuit against the the city for her children being removed from her home and placed in foster care. She is claiming that her civil rights have been violated.
Fausat Ogunbayo, 46, has claimed that due to the 'injustice' she has filed the lawsuit. The lawsuit is in the amount of $900 trillion according to the paperwork she filed in the US District Court in Brooklyn.
Her children were removed from her custody in 2008 when she was found to be mentally unstable and unable to provide for the children.
She now argues that she is "mentally stable" and that she is suing because her children have undoubtedly suffered mental and emotional distress due to being removed from her care.
I don't think this lawsuit bodes well for her mental stability claims.
