Police Arrest Naked Man In Beachwood, Ohio After Car Crash [VIDEO]

A man was arrested after leaving the scene of the accident near Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday. The strange part of this is that the man was found running naked from the scene.

The naked man arrested was either the driver or the passenger of a blue ford involved in an accident. The man was apprehended wearing nothing but socks.

Torriano Brown, was intoxicated and arrested for driving under the influence as well as reckless driving. Willie Chandler, who turns out to be the passenger, was arrested for possession of an illegal weapon.
